    Job Description

    operating duty:

    1. Responsible for contacting and maintaining existing terminal type customers of the company, and conducting appropriate business trips, visits, and maintaining relationships;

    2. Responsible for collecting and analyzing relevant information on customer products and competitors, and able to develop corresponding sales plans based on customer needs;

    3. Responsible for establishing customer files, managing, and tracking;

    4. Responsible for handling customer inquiries for various needs, and providing quotations and follow-up according to customer characteristics;

    5. Responsible for facilitating price negotiations, contract signing, and other business details in business cooperation;

    6. Responsible for achieving personal performance goals and various assessment indicators in accordance with the company's planned goals;

    7. Responsible for tracking the goods and collecting payment for the developed cooperative clients;

    8. Responsible for resolving customer returns, exchanges, and after-sales issues;

    9. Regularly report sales status and market analysis to department heads, assist department managers in completing market planning and sales targets;

    10. According to company requirements, regularly complete and timely submit various work reports

    11. Have a high enthusiasm for sales work, a strong sense of career ambition, and a positive work attitude

    Job requirements:

    1. College degree or above, 2 years (including) of independent sales experience

    2. Priority will be given to majors related to electronics, motors, automation, communication, etc;

    3. Understand the operating mode of electronic component agents.

    4. Have knowledge of industries such as industrial control, automotive electronics, power supply, instrumentation, and new energy, and have a wealth of industry factory customers

    Household analysis and exploration experience.

    5. Agile logical thinking, strong communication skills, proactive in work, outgoing personality, love for sales work, able to develop customers and promote the market, and have a strong love and interest in electronic component sales.

    6. Be hardworking and have a certain ability to withstand pressure.

    7. Possess certain market analysis and judgment abilities, and a good sense of customer service;

    8. Obey management, have a sense of responsibility, and can withstand significant work pressure.

    9. 25-40 years old, with a positive image, good moral character, loyalty, dedication, and positivity!

    10. Possess a driver's license and be proficient in driving. Priority given to those with cars.

    Comprehensive salary: base salary+commission
